Nati Frinj Biennale 2025

31 Oct 2025

Nati Frinj Biennale, a premier regional arts and performance festival, is on its way, with this year’s dates set for 31 October – 2 November 2025. The festival promises an exciting program of art experiences, transforming the small rural town of Natimuk in north-western Victoria (population 500) into a vibrant hub of creativity.

For three exhilarating days, Natimuk’s streets, public spaces, silos, and sheds become the stage for bold, innovative, and immersive art experiences. The Frinj showcases a diverse mix of visual art, performance, theatre, music, installations, exhibitions, and workshops—created through dynamic collaborations between local artists and creatives from across Australia.

What makes Frinj truly unique is its participatory spirit. Audiences don’t just watch—they’re invited to engage, explore, and be part of the festival. Whether you’re a curious visitor or an established artist, there’s something for everyone to discover.

At its heart, it’s a celebration of place, community, and artistic innovation.

With the town’s population swelling to over 2,500 during the festival, Frinj brings significant tourism to the region—supporting local businesses while placing Natimuk firmly on the cultural map.

Whether you’re travelling from across Victoria or interstate, the Nati Frinj Biennale is a must-see experience—unexpected, inspiring, and unforgettable.

The 2025 festival program will be available online in September.
