International Women’s Day 2026
Join from across the Wimmera for an International Women’s Day experience that acknowledges current challenges, honours care for self and others.
Many women in the region are balancing external demands while quietly carrying a significant internal load. This event brings the community together to recognise those shared challenges and create space to move forward together.
This 60-minute facilitated session invites you to slow down and reflect on the mental load you may be holding through relatable, locally grounded experiences. Through gentle reflection, shared experiences and interactive moments, you’ll explore balance as a metaphor for care, capacity and limits, focusing on progress, not perfection.
When women are cared for, communities are stronger. Come as you are. Leave feeling acknowledged, connected, and deserving of balance.
The International Women’s Day Committee acknowledges that a woman is anyone who identifies as a woman and welcomes people of all genders to this event.
