Grampians Olive Co.
Established in 1943 and 100 per cent family owned and operated, Grampians Olive Co are one of Australia’s oldest olive groves. Heritage trees, dryland organic farming, a Mediterranean growing climate and a passion for quality combine to create olive oils.

Grampians Olive Co is home to the historic Toscana Olives – the perfect stop on your Grampians day trip. Enjoy platters feature our estate-produced premium organic olive oils, including the distinctive range of infusions, table olives and artisan vinegars. A selection of dukkahs, honey and farmgate exclusive seasonal preserves are also available.
Espresso coffee and lunch platters can also be enjoyed while taking in the tranquil surrounds. Learn about the process from olive tree to bottle: from sustainable organic growing to harvesting, cold-pressing and hand-bottling.
During harvest season, which is May to June, they hold an open weekend where you can watch the team cold-pressing fresh organic olives into oil. The press is the only one in the region and reduces the time between picking the olives and pressing them, maximising flavour and retaining antioxidants.
