Natimuk

Graced with its historic buildings that line the main street, Natimuk is situated west of Horsham and south of the Little Desert National Park.
The township is ever growing in popularity for its arts and cultural scene, antiques, craft shops, and restored old buildings. The Natimuk's Heritage Trail covers a range of historic sites and buildings. Step back in time and explore the old heritage township of Natimuk.
Learn about history of the local region at the museum now housed in the former courthouse. There are a number of brochures available. Call into Natimuk's local shops and see for yourself what the area has to offer.
Mount Arapiles
A rock formation that rises above the Wimmera plains in Western Victoria. There are many ways to explore the world famous Mount Arapiles. Drive or ride to the summit and take in the scenic views over the wheat plains and enjoy a relaxing picnic, or simply walk one of the numerous paths leading to the summit.
Mount Arapiles is home to many quality climbing routes. The area is known as one of the best rock climbing destinations in Australia.
Arapiles Bike Trail
Commence the bike trail from Natimuk's central parking area opposite the National Hotel. The trail is an off road recreational trail linking Natimuk to Mount Arapiles, via a loop that goes through some of the highlights of the local landscape.
Riders on the Arapiles Bike Tail will pass through reserves framed by majestic red gum trees. Visit salt lakes and see the variety of birdlife that visits the lakes, as well as you get to see Mount Arapiles with it flora and fauna.
