The Mercure Horsham is also the venue for those of us who enjoy fine dining, at realistic prices. For our in-house guests, Brasserie on Baillie's a La Carte seasonal menu takes advantage of local Wimmera produce and seasonal availability.

This bountiful region is renown for its high produce quality and diversity. The true "Wimmera" dining experience can be had at Brasserie on Baillie.

As an added bonus, house guests can enjoy a room service menu providing a similar "Bill of Fare" from the Brasserie kitchen.

Brasserie on Baillie operates evenings from Monday through to Saturday and Room Service Breakfast is available every day.
